One way of ridding the world of Intellectual Reserve, Inc., the misanthropist racketeering and espionage unit, and parent company of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is as follows:

Result: The United States federal government disincorporated the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Summary, and my Assertions : The ruling to this high-profile case was that Congress has supreme authority over territories, including power to dissolve the LDS Church's corporation and seize its property. In light of what I know about the church's subversive, anti-American violent thuggery, its militia-like punks that subvert the American way of life with hate-crimes and deleterious behavior, its unwillingness to comply with the laws of the land with respect to obligations related to its tax-exempt status, its role in the creation and execution of gangstalking against citizens in NATO countries, assassinations, embezzlement, and its constant perpetration of white collar crimes, I believe that a similar case ought to be opened against Intellectual Reserve, Inc., and the church, and that the result should end with this entity's assets being seized, its articles of incorporation being revoked, and the people running this shady operation being federally prosecuted for their crimes.

Gangstalking, the defining issue of our time. The ultimate goal of gangstalking is to use a targeted individual’s material surroundings as weapons against him, in such a way as to cause permanent psychological and or physical injuries to him so as to drive him into the “institutionalization” mechanism, including perpetual mental hospital stays, from the psychological stressors of gangstalking, and/or habitual incarceration from a life of crime, induced by the hopelessness of the disruptive and burdensome gangstalking campaign against him. Homelessness is a part of the menu of attacks against a targeted individual, as he finds it impossible, or nearly impossible to attain an advanced college degree, or gainful long-term employment due to the disruptive and subversive nature of the gangstalking campaign against him. $ There is a ” Follow the Money ” element to gangstalking; it is generally as follows : $ Derived car accidents – stimulate the auto body repair and car insurance industries $ $ $ The induced health problems causes by gangstalking’s psychological stressors and food contamination artificially create a need for physician and hospital visits, and drug prescription fulfillment. $ $ The potential for a life of crime for a targeted individual is high due to diminished opportunities to attain academic credentials and find stable work; this predicament can also lead to homelessness, an economic circumstance which can produce criminals. How to fight gangstalking: Harness the power of the internet through blogs, personal webpages, and social media to raise awareness, namely that of elected officials about the reality and tyranny of gangstalking. Document the tangible effects of your gangstalking campaign as often as possible, namely, through digital and video documentation. The Gangstalking campaign appears to have a hierarchy. Street-level, workplace, academic, familial, and general interpersonal stalking. People from every demographic, social class, profession, and educational background participates. Repeat gang exposures : When a target is repeatedly exposed to stalkers he has seen previously, many of which he has had bad or even dangerous experiences with. The goal is to expose the targeted person to a potentially deadly interaction with the repeated gangstalker. Synchronized Harassment Techniques : Loud noises = noise harassment Strangely timed smells = scent harassment Sexual deviance and like provocations = Aroused Harassment (The goal is to get the targeted person into a romantic relationship with a gang-stalker.) A targeted person often encounters weather manipulation via the Haarp program. Directed Energy can induce rainfall if aimed and fired at a rain cloud and a wildfire if aimed and fired into a lush forest. The targeted individual often experiences food contamination, gaslighting, oddly rude or disruptive neighbors, bad police encounters, bad experiences with the USPS and other mail services, and so on. The end-goal of a gangstalking campaign against a targeted person is a multifaceted slow-death torture mechanism. The goals are as follows: To induce in the target’s psychological state psychosis, agoraphobia, and or other debilitating psychological disorders; while instilling in the target a hatred for their government, its representatives and law enforcers, a hatred for people, as well as inducing confusion and self-doubt in the target which is supposed to lead to the target “going off the deep-end” and committing a mass murder or other heinous crime which would almost definitely lead to death by law enforcement or the military, known as suicide-by-cop, or to drive the targeted individual to just plain suicide, which is a person choosing to end their own life. If the target does not die in any of the above stated tragedies, and grows old, the gangstalking campaign continues, and is expected to lead to the targeted individual dying at an earlier age than they normally would have anyways, namely, because of the endless psychological stressors that a targeted person is subjected to on a daily basis. After a targeted individual dies, their gangstalking campaign does not end, it simply morphs into something different, namely the defecation of the targeted person’s remains and their memory. Examples include making mannakins out of the targeted person’s corpse and displaying it publicly, defiling the corpse by making a table or chair out of it and selling it to someone, taking out the targeted person’s vital organs and selling them on the black market, (O.K.A. Organ Harvesting) The culprits behind gangstalking are ultimately the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the worldwide Latino community which it sustains as the chosen race for the New Christian Age. CalGang®️, Gang Member Databases, and their relation to Gangstalking

I have never joined a street gang. I do however, believe that my name and vital statistics were placed in a gang member database similar to CalGang’s®️ somewhere in the United States; this being done for no reason whatsoever but to expose me to clandestine law-enforcement, semi-law-enforcement, private investigatory, intelligence, military, and citizen patrol suspicions, detainments, tracking, experiments, provocations, etc… that are used against street gang members. Yes, I am asserting that any person in this country can be surveilled, tracked, and exposed to gang member hunting protocols, simply by having their name placed in a gang member database. I believe that anyone’s name can be placed in one of these criminal databases at any time for any or no reason whatsoever, simply to defame that person and / or open them up to being gangstalked. Law enforcement keeps records and shares information with other law enforcement agencies on who they believe are members, associates, or affiliates of criminal gangs. In California, this information is in a shared gang database called CalGang. Being placed in CalGang is often referred to as being “documented.” Before January 1, 2017, who was documented, how and why was often kept a secret. A new law went into effect on January 1, 2017, that changes this. (Penal Code § 186.34) It now requires law enforcement to notify in writing anyone who law enforcement puts into the shared gang database/CalGang. In the notice, local law enforcement must tell the person: · That they have been documented; · The reason they have been documented; and · How to contest the documentation.

Gangstalking : The Gang Member Database Nuisance

Gangstalking is a clandestine semi-law enforcement and semi-military operation that has been pork barreled and earmarked through local, state and federal legislative assemblies via stealth, sleight-of-hand, and bribery. Its aim is to change the "look and culture" of America using citizens as weapons against the "undesired" targeted individuals ( me, your host, E. I. Smith). How does a person become a target? Their name and vital statistics are maliciously and fraudulently placed in a digitized database for gang members or other violent felons, or terrorists. How does a person become a target? One way is when their name is fraudulently and maliciously placed in a registry for gang members or other violent criminals and they are stalked by a silent co-op of annoying disruptors from thence.

Gangstalking : The Pork Barrel Menace

Earmarks and Misappropriation Galore : Gangstalking has been stealthily legalized and embedded into the USA legal code through the snake-like pork barrel, earmark, and misappropriation mechanisms, all of which are capable of enabling leviathan-like monstrosities like gangstalking to pass through Congress invisibly. Some gangstalkers believe that they are following some noble protocol when they take "cues" but in reality they are participating in domestic terrorism, namely against a targeted person. There are clandestine spying, infiltration, intimidation, and disruption mechanisms at work in the United States, all of which operate under a false flag corruption protocol. The name of this activity is gangstalking. Gangstalkers come from many different demographics and socioeconomic statuses. There are corporations some publicly traded and some not, government contractors, and goverments from the local, state, and federal levels that either knowingly or unknowingly participates.

Gang-stalking : The Death Seeker

Gangstalking is the defining issue of our time. It has successfully infiltrated every crevice of NATO countries definitely, and is established around the world most-likely. Its true creed is the ultimate creed; death to those who threaten its aims and existence. Its uses every material resource that it has in its possession to accomplish this. There isn't a God or gods who can save man, nor any other deity or immaterial faith based creature. It will take the same mortal will, fortitude, and innovation that primordial mankind possessed mega-annums (or megayears) ago to survive on this planet when there was no technology at all. That is the kind of steel will and fortitude that it will take. That is that kind of steel will and fortitude that I have.

Gangstalking : Its use of records, databases, registries, and directories as weapons

Much of gangstalking is knowing who to stalk and where to stalk them. The only way that this can be done effectively is through databases, records, registries, and directories. I am 100% certain that a targeted individual's name and other vital statistics are stored in various databases that are used by the law enforcement, semi-law-enforcement, military, private security, and other corporate and non-corporate entities which knowingly and unknowingly participate in and enable gangstalking. Ultimately, at the upper-echelons of the gangstalking menace are people who lust for human experimentation, population control, and tyranny over the masses. These people are well hidden, and may not even know themselves that their contributions, research, and energy are going into gangstalking protocols as opposed to another stated cause. Trickery, deceit, pork barrel projects, and earmarks are what is used to deceive people, companies and governments into allowing the gangstalking mechanism to thrive on their watch and using their resources and facilities.

Gangstalking : The Clandestine Murderer

There are a few "documented" ways that a person can be placed into a gangstalking campaign against them. 1. You are the beneficiary in a living will and testament. 2. You are an outspoken political dissident. 3. You made the "wrong enemy." 4. You are outspoken about a particular political cause. 5. Someone in your family was a member of a political or other dissident group that was deemed by the government as "subversive." 6. You were in a messy, chaotic, and contentious divorce. 7. You show signs of being "wierd," different, strange, or ' paranormal '. 8. You show signs of hatred for your country, its political structure, and law enforcers.

Hate Stalking's Campaign

Hate Stalking, (or gangstalking) is a campaign styled co-op that was stealthily embedded into the USA legal code. It is " Death by a Thousand Cuts " by design, and " kill or be killed " by nature. If the target does not destroy the gangstalking mechanism, the consequence is the destruction of its target, via the vast government, corporate, and human capital resources that this deadly program has amassed using taxpayer money.
