In this hearing, which took place in New York City, a number of local Targeted Individuals gave direct testimony about the attacks, abuses, and disruptions that they experienced as Targeted individuals. WAGNER: We are here to maximize the time available for public comment regarding federal standards in human subjects research. Each speaker has 90 seconds. CASSANDRA LEWIS: I am a targeted individual from Baltimore, MD. I believe I am being subjected to nonconsensual biotechnology applications—specifically "Medusa"—involving involuntary limb movements, stinging sensations, and electrical currents. DR. ERIC SUBA: I am a physician concerned about cervical cancer prevention studies in India funded by the NCI and the Gates Foundation, which I believe involve unethical control groups. THELMAS MCCLELLAND: I believe I am a victim of ongoing nonconsensual experimentation related to the CIA’s MKUltra program, involving microwave weapons and neurotoxic contaminants. ANYA BRIGGS: I am a targeted individual experiencing trauma-based mind control programs. I have reported physical symptoms, including unexplained dental fillings and skin markings, which I have documented. KEN RHODES & LISA BECKER: We speak against the use of electronic weapons on American citizens. We believe these tactics are used by groups committed to eugenics and population control, and we demand an end to this state-sponsored tyranny. SANDRA FIELDS: I am an architect whose life has been compromised by electromagnetic radiation torture and organized stalking. I am calling for an investigation into these unethical violations and the creation of a dedicated task force. STEPHEN HOPITECT: My harassment began in 1997 via remote influencing. A contact in the NSA confirmed the use of microwaves to project emotional states by piggybacking on EEG signatures. RODNEY BITTLE: I have been under attack for 25 years. These are not merely medical experiments; this is high-tech warfare and unauthorized human experimentation. DERRICK ROBINSON: I represent Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance. We urge this Commission to address widespread, non-consensual government research programs and provide victims a voice. ROBERT LEBUDIER: We are victims of directed energy weapons and synthetic telepathy. These acts constitute domestic terrorism and war crimes. LYNN BARRINBURG: I allege that organizations like Stanford Research Institute and Lockheed Martin are involved in bypassing Institutional Review Boards (IRB). PETER ROSENHOME (on behalf of Ted Gunderson): Former FBI agent Ted Gunderson supports this cause, stating mind control is destroying the nation. LESLIE CRAWFORD: I have medical reports, including CAT scans and PET scans, showing what I believe to be nano-implants in my eyes and head. EUGENIA VERVAIN: I am inquiring if any commission members are familiar with "psychotronic" or bio-electromagnetic weaponry. KEVIN CANADA: I believe I was implanted at a VA hospital and have been surveilled and tracked as a "targeted individual." ROSE KAPINSKY: I am suggesting that massive, unexplained Pentagon budget deficits may be funding these covert technological programs. LILLIANA CONNOR: Informed consent must be a human right, even in classified operations. LETICIA PETERS: I am submitting 1,158 videos and pictures as evidence of non-consensual human experimentation. EDWARD KATZ: My family has been subjected to brain implants, and I demand that President Obama stop this torture. Part 2: Meeting 4, Session 10 (March 1, 2011)MICHAEL SHANEYFELT: I have been subjected to electrical shocks that doctors confirmed were occurring through my chest. I believe I am a nonconsensual test subject. GERALD SCHATZ: As an expert in ethics and law, I point out that the bioethics community has ignored international law, such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which makes informed consent absolute. CINA RYAN: I have been targeted for brain research since 2008 without my consent, utilizing electronic remote control devices. DR. JOHN HALL: As a physician, I have corresponded with over 1,500 victims of electromagnetic radiation used for behavior control. The Common Rule has major loopholes regarding informed consent. MILLICENT BLACK: My family has been used for three generations in what I believe are electromagnetic torture experiments. CONNIE MARSHALL: I have a documented list of physical and electronic attacks, including the destruction of home appliances and the tracking of my location. ALLEN HORNBLUM: Author of books on the history of using prison inmates for research; I find it disturbing that medical ethics is so heavily de-emphasized in modern medical schools. DEBRA POULSEN: I stand with a large group of individuals experiencing "no-touch" torture protocols. LISA BECKER: I am a non-consenting test subject in military medical research. I urge a Congressional investigation into these human rights abuses. JAMES WOLLET: I have compiled a portfolio of 12 professionals supporting the evidence of these crimes. I also note that several states have passed laws against forced RFID chipping. PETER ROSENHOLM: I have been targeted by microwave weapons. I ask if a victim can actually participate as a member of this Commission. TAMMY BATTAGLIA: I have been in psychological experiments since age 13. We are often misdiagnosed to invalidate our experiences. JEREMY RADLOW: I have been subjected to non-lethal weapons and mind-invasive technology for over five years. It is a scandal that needs a thorough investigation. MIRIAM SNYDER: I am asking for answers regarding the use of man-made viruses and electronic torture. We need a committee of genocide specialists to address this. MICHELINE JONES: I have taken videos of these activities to various agencies, including the CDC, but have been ignored. TIMOTHY WHITE: Cognitive neurological technology is being used for remote brain entrainment. Our organization has thousands of reports validating this.
